4.3 Partner Golf Associations
If you register for a RapidTee Golf account through a Partner Association subdomain, or if you access our Services through a Partner Association’s website or mobile application, your account will be linked to that Partner Association. By registering through a Partner Association subdomain or accessing our Services through a Partner Association’s platform, you consent to the sharing of the following categories of information with that Partner Association:
- Your name, email address, and contact information
- Your account status and account tier (Free or Premium)
- Booking history, including courses played, dates, group sizes, and frequency of play
- Tee time preferences and golf-related profile information

- Any other data reasonably necessary to administer the association partnership and provide member benefits
We may also share aggregated, anonymized reports and analytics with Partner Associations regarding the collective usage patterns and engagement of their members on our platform.
Partner Golf Associations are required by their agreements with us to handle your data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of your golf association. RapidTee Golf is not responsible for the privacy practices of Partner Golf Associations once data has been shared.
4.4 Aggregated and De-Identified Data
We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data with any third party for any purpose, including research, marketing, analytics, and business development. This data cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our Website of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information.
4.7 No Sale of Personal Information
RapidTee Golf does not sell your personal information as defined under applicable state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or mobile information with third parties for their promotional or marketing purposes.
5. Partner Association Program
RapidTee Golf partners with regional, metropolitan, state, and national golf associations (“Partner Associations”) to provide their members with access to the RapidTee Golf platform and exclusive member benefits, including discounted premium subscriptions.
5.1 How the Partner Association Program Works
Partner Associations integrate with RapidTee Golf in one or more of the following ways:
- Partner Subdomain: Each Partner Association is assigned a branded subdomain on our Website. The Partner Association directs its members to register for a RapidTee Golf account through this subdomain.
- Embedded Integration: A Partner Association may embed the RapidTee Golf dashboard or tee time functionality directly within its own website or mobile application, allowing members to access our Services without leaving the association’s platform.
- Referral Link: A Partner Association may place a link (e.g., a “Tee Times” button) on its website or in communications to its members, directing them to the Partner Association’s subdomain on rapidteegolf.com.
Regardless of the integration method, when you register for a RapidTee Golf account through a Partner Association subdomain or access our Services through a Partner Association’s platform, your account will be associated with that Partner Association. You retain full control over your own account registration — Partner Associations do not create accounts on your behalf.
5.2 Data Sharing Consent
By registering for a RapidTee Golf account through a Partner Association subdomain, or by accessing our Services through a Partner Association’s website or mobile application, you expressly consent to the sharing of your account data, booking history, usage statistics, preferences, and other relevant information with the applicable Partner Association, as described in Section 4.4.
This data sharing enables the Partner Association to administer member benefits, track program engagement, and provide reporting and analytics to its membership and leadership. Data sharing with your Partner Association is a core feature of the Partner Association Program.
5.3 Member Data Provided by Partner Associations
Partner Associations may provide us with member data, such as member names, email addresses, and membership IDs, for purposes including but not limited to:
- Enabling us to verify your association membership and apply appropriate discounts or benefits when you register
- Allowing us to create custom audiences for advertising on third-party platforms (such as Meta and Google) to reach prospective users with similar characteristics to association members
- Facilitating outreach and communications about the Partner Association Program on behalf of or in coordination with the Partner Association
We handle all member data provided by Partner Associations in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. Use of member data for custom audience creation involves uploading hashed data to advertising platforms; this data is used solely for audience targeting and is not accessible to other advertisers.
5.4 Opting Out
You may opt out of the Partner Association Program at any time by contacting us at info@rapidteegolf.com . Upon opting out, we will cease sharing your data with the applicable Partner Association going forward, though data previously shared cannot be recalled. Opting out may result in the loss of association-specific discounts and benefits, though your standard RapidTee Golf account will remain active.
If you wish to opt out of the use of your data for custom or lookalike audience creation, you may contact us at info@rapidteegolf.com to request removal.
5.5 Association Termination
If the partnership between RapidTee Golf and a Partner Association is terminated, your RapidTee Golf account will remain active as a standard account, but association-specific benefits and discounts will no longer apply. We will cease sharing your data with the former Partner Association going forward and will notify affected users.
